Scope

This policy covers the Zetty Factory marketing website (brand and product hub) at zettyfactory.com. It does not cover our mobile or web apps / product subdomains (WaveLog, PodWave, Bookus, Walking Story, and others). Each product has its own privacy policy — see Legal & Support.

What we collect

This website is a static product hub. We do not ask you to create an account.

  • Language preference — stored in your browser (localStorage) when you choose EN/KO or when language is auto-detected (not an advertising cookie).
  • Server logs — our hosting provider (e.g. Cafe24) may record IP address, browser type, and pages visited for security and operations.
  • Email — if you contact us at zettyfactory@gmail.com, we receive what you send.
  • Contact form — if you submit a development request or app idea on the Contact page, your name, email, and message are transmitted via Formspree to zettyfactory@gmail.com so we can reply. Formspree processes the submission as our form provider.

Cookies and similar technologies

This hub site does not currently use advertising or tracking cookies. Language preference uses localStorage. If we later enable Google AdSense or similar advertising/measurement services, those providers may use cookies or similar technologies. We will update this policy and provide any required notices before or when that happens.

Third-party services

  • Hosting — serves site files and may keep server logs (e.g. Cafe24).
  • Fonts — we may load Google Fonts for typography.
  • Form delivery — Formspree (see contact form above).
  • App stores & product services — leaving this site for the App Store, Google Play, or a product subdomain means that service’s own policies apply.

Advertising (future)

The Zetty Factory hub prioritizes brand and product discovery. After approval, we may show ads (for example Google AdSense) on some pages. Ads will be clearly distinguishable from content and will not sit on top of play buttons or primary CTAs, or be designed to look like editorial content. Data collected by advertising providers is governed by their policies.

Third-party links

This site links to product subdomains and external legal/help pages. Those services have their own policies.
